When will I get my order?

Orders typically arrive within 12-20 business days. To get an accurate estimate for your specific order, we recommend visiting our tracking page. Simply go to “Track order” on Pepapic website and enter your order number and email address. You’ll be able to view all the details related to your order, including the estimated shipping time.

Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary based on factors such as the type of product and shipping or production time, and any unforeseen circumstances. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and provide regular updates on the progress of your shipment.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Most of the orders will be handled and delivered by USPS and UPS. Other shipping partners are DHL, Fedex and A C I. Depending on your location and products, we use different couriers to ensure that your order would reach you in the shortest possible time.

From where are your products shipped?

While we embroider and produce the majority of our products at our state-of-the-art facilities in Vietnam, we also collaborate with several fulfillment centers worldwide (EU, Asia) to ensure the highest quality and efficiency. Our Vietnam-based production is renowned for its expert craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail, resulting in products that meet the highest global standards. By controlling the production process from start to finish, we ensure that every item, from design to final stitch, is crafted with care and professionalism. This allows us to deliver exceptional quality and a diverse range of merchandise to our customers, no matter where they are.

Do you accept returned/exchanged items?

Since our products are customized, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges unless the item has a defect or damage caused by the manufacturer. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact us via chat, our email at support@pepapic.com, or our contact form, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Please note that our warranty policy covers replacement or refunds for manufacturer defects only and lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund.

Do you accept personal requests for specific designs not on your website?

At the moment, we only sell available items and designs on our website due to the high volume of orders. However, please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any ideas or requests, we will forward it to our design team to consider offering it in the future.
