Return & Refund Policy

Kindly be informed that we produce on demand and do not stock items. Once an item is being printed, unfortunately, it can not be used for any purpose. However, it’s difficult if the order received is not the same as our customers actually want. Thus we will support as much as possible for these cases. 

Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at NO CHARGE. We typically do not accept returns due to user errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. But we will support remaking a new one according to your modifications, please support us in part of the cost for production and shipping fee.

Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

Before returning the package, please follow the instructions carefully. To begin, please send an request via Contact Page with your concerns. Your request will be reviewed by one of our Customer Service Representatives. We will provide you with a return address if your claim is granted.

You will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with returning your goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you get one.

The time it takes for your returned merchandise to reach you will vary depending on where you reside (usually 1-3 months). We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please copy the mailing label and send it to us once you’ve sent this parcel to the post office.

REFUND

We are committed to providing you with the absolute best products, and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is flawed/missing items.

  • You received damaged/faulty items.

  • The products you received are different from the product originally represented on our site.

  • Please send us an email at support@vincustom.com with a photo of the product you received as well as any more detailed shots you’d like to include (this is a must). We will utilize this information to seek a substitute and prevent future mistakes. Your claim will be reviewed by our customer care staff. If it is accepted, we will send you a replacement at no cost to you. Unless we will refund the payment to you.

  • Special Note: Any returns without following our instructions will not be accepted and we will not support if you return the order to the address on the package!

If you haven’t received a reimbursement yet, double-check your bank account. Then please contact your bank, since refunds might take some time to complete. If you’ve done everything listed above and still have not received your refund, please contact us

You want a refund/return because you “changed your mind”. We print on demand and therefore we cannot accept returns with that inquiry.

  • The item(s) have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • The customer does not like the material. 

  • The item(s) do not have the original tags on them.

  • The item(s) were a Final Sale item, big sale periods such as Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, Patrick’s Day, etc.. which are applied to their coupon code.
