2. The maximum patch size we offer is 20cm x 30cm. Please choose a size that suits your needs.
3. No exchanges or returns are allowed, as this is a personalized product made specifically for you. The quality of the patch depends heavily on the clarity of the image you provide. Therefore, any complaints about "poor embroidery" due to unclear images will not be accepted.
4. We only accept exchanges or returns in cases of manufacturer error, such as incorrect embroidery or wrong image.
5. Patch prices range from $8 to $50 depending on size. (Tip: The larger the patch, the clearer and more perfect the embroidery will be, especially for non-vector images).
